Brainerd Lakes Golf Trip cost calculator

How much does a Brainerd Lakes golf trip really cost?

Four summer rounds at the lake-country resorts around Nisswa and Gull Lake and a rental home on a lake are the plan. Peak-summer lake-house prices, golf bag fees, a rental car for the drive up from Minneapolis and a caddie at The Classic are what push the total up.

Spring and fall rates run about 35% to 40% below summer at Breezy Point (Deacon's Lodge $90, Whitebirch $52) and about 13% below at Ruttger's, but summer rates start in mid- to late May and run to late September, so shoulder months are set at about 20% off and April and November at about 40% off; most courses open in mid-April and close in October, and every course is closed from November or December to March, so winter is only a placeholder. Twilight is about 25% off, from The Preserve's, Deacon's Lodge's and Whitebirch's posted rates. Source
